Staff work shirts made from 2 ply are flexible, comfortable and durable
For staff short sleeved shirts made from 2 ply, they will have 2 relatively narrow strands of cotton yarn, twisted together, which makes for a very strong fabric, a very pliable fabric and staff work shirts that are going to hold their shape, for a much longer time, than a single ply fabric staff work shirts. Make sure your supplier uses 2 ply 50s yarns to make your staff uniform shirts
Ask your supplier to use 2 ply 50s yarns instead of 20s to make your staff uniform shirts. Then they wont just use single 50s yarn, but they'll run 2, 50s that run twisted in the fabric together for your staff long sleeved shirts and thats how they use a 2 plyer. To understand the benefits of using a 2 ply yarn for your staff company shirts, you want to think of a cable that is used to build the Sydney Harbour Bridge. If you were to build a bridge, you wouldnt use a single thick strand of steel, what you'd do, you would use thinner strands of steel wound together, so if youve a point of failure or you need to have extra flex, you have multiple strands doing the work of a single strand, and thats what your supplier will do with your 2 ply staff work shirts.
