CHOOSING
THE RIGHT PRODUCT

there is a wide variety of styles for you to choose from, so if
you wish to work to a given budget simply ask us and we are confident

in regard to pens, prices can vary from less than 50c to say $100
plus!
If you require specific product information, we will be delighted
to supply catalogues to you, with our huge range of catalogues covering
an incredible array of products available to you. If you cannot
find what you want in these catalogues, just ask anyway, as our
philosophy is always “Yes we can” no matter what you
ask!. And we have a lot of experience in finding the right idea
for you… so that means if you’re not sure what you need,
we promise we’ve got lots of good ideas to suggest to you.
PRINTING
YOUR LOGO/IMAGE
All of the products we supply can be decorated with your name, logo
and any message in a huge variety of ways. The more common of these
methods include pad and screen printing, engraving, etching, embossing,
embroidery and lots of others! The choice depends on the product
and your own preference, and the cost varies according to the particular
type of decoration you choose to utilize (for example, engraving
a pen will cost more than printing on it).
Generally the costs involved include both a fixed initial set up
charge (to set up your design or logo in the way that you require)
and the cost of the actual production/decoration. That means that
if you require this item again in future, the costs will be lower
(as the set-up charge is not needed again). Costs vary with both
the type of decoration, the number of colours you may wish to print
and the number of positions you wish to decorate (for instance printing
on the front of the shirt and/or the back of the shirt).
SUPPLYING
ARTWORK
To supply your artwork, email is often the quickest and
best way, but if that is not available, good old fashioned phone/fax
and postage are still both fine. On email or disk, there are various
file formats available, the most useful to us generally being files
in either an EPS or TIF format, on either MAC or PC (though MAC
is often simpler). Looking to the future, we keep all details of
each order you place on file for at least five years, so that whenever
you wish to re-order. It is a simple process for us, requiring no
further information from you.
TURNAROUND
The delivery time may vary according to the product you
order, although in general you should allow between two to four
weeks. Nonetheless, if you have an urgent deadline you require,
we are exceptionally good at rapid order turnaround, so never hesitate
to ask... we rarely say no!
ORDER
PROCESS
From the time you place your order with us, the process by which
we supply your goods is along the following lines:
After you supply your artwork we send you a proof indicating the
size and position of your artwork on the product. We also send you
a complete order confirmation, itemising all details of this order,
for your approval (including item costs, specifications, delivery
dates etc) or any changes
Upon approval we then proceed to production, and notify you when
the goods are ready for despatch and delivery. We generally request
payment on a COD basis for all new clients, but after supplying
your first order we automatically place your account on a 30 day
payment situation for all future orders.
ARTWORK
/ DESIGN & OTHER SERVICES
We have a complete in house design service, so if you require
assistance in this area, we are delighted to assist. If you simply
require minor assistance (for instance simple typesetting) generally
our policy is not to charge. However, if your requirements are more
complex, in regard to say the reproduction of logos or graphic files,
we provide this service at a nominal cost that we are sure you will
find more than reasonable.
